Opinion: A luxury hotel offering superb value for
money with an 18-hole championship golf course.
Location: In Um Marikha Bay, approximately 7km
from Naama Bay, in a quiet setting, surrounded by spectacular mountains,
desert and sea.
Rooms: 418 luxurious air-conditioned rooms including
suites and sea view villas, each with private facilities, balcony
or terrace, satellite TV, safe, hairdryer and mini bar. The Hotel
also offers new Royal Wing rooms, which are more spacious than standard
rooms and feature a separate bath and shower.
Cuisine: The Hotel offers 13 different restaurants and
bars including Les Palmiers main restaurant serving buffet-style
cuisine and the Jolie Bistro, an all day à la carte restaurant,
as well as the Mandarin Chinese restaurant, Dolphin à la
carte open air restaurant, Zaman Lebanese restaurant, poolside barbecue,
19th Hole (at the golf course) and Belle Vue lounge bar.
Entertainment: La Luna disco, the Treasure Cove
beach bar and the elegant Ascot Bar Englishstyle pub, plus daily
evening entertainment at Les Palmiers during dinner.
Sport & Leisure: The Hotel is set around a
picturesque water attraction with salt and fresh water pools, 2
water slides and waterfalls in addition to the Royal Wing pool with
water massage, Jacuzzi and aqua games for children. A 300m2 beach
with a tropical backdrop and 3 wooden jetties. The health club includes
a fitness room, hydrotherapy, Jacuzzi, steam massage and sauna (pay
locally for entrance and treatments). Recreational facilities including
4 floodlit tennis courts and snooker are also available.
Special Facilities: Children’s club (minimum
age 4).The Maritim Jolie Ville Golf and Resort also has an
18-hole championship golf course with double-ended driving range,
practice area and clubhouse with a restaurant and pro shop. The
6021-metre par 72 course has introduced a new dimension to the Resort.
