Location:
Built on a peninsula, approximately 45km south of Hurghada, directly
on the beach.
Rooms: 310 air-conditioned rooms including 35 suites.
Each room has private facilities, balcony or terrace, satellite
TV, telephone, safe, mini-bar and hairdryer. Most of the suites
are located on the beachfront.
Cuisine: The main buffet restaurant serves breakfast
and dinner. There is also an Italian speciality restaurant for dinner
and a lunchtime beach restaurant. For refreshments, there is a pool
bar, a terrace bar, a beach bar and disco bar and a beach hut with
fresh juices.
Entertainment: Daily evening entertainment.
Sport & Leisure: Three freshwater swimming
pools, (two of which are temperature controlled) with separate children’s
pool. The diving centre offers full PADI courses, while water sports
include sailing (laser and catamaran), snorkelling trips, and more.
Other leisure facilities include billiards, croquet, darts, table
tennis, tennis and squash. Activities Centre offers daily aerobics,
aqua gym and stretching, a gymnasium, massage and sauna.

- 17.00 (min age 4); 24-hour room service and two shops.
The Cascades golf course, designed by the Gary Player design group,
is located in Soma Bay. Free transportation to and from the Clubhouse
is provided.
The newest addition to the facilities on offer to guests staying
at the Sheraton is Les Thermes Marins Des Cascades Thalasso Centre,
which offers a wide range of thalasso therapy treatments (pay locally).
The treatment centre is located behind the hotel and is accessible
by shuttle bus, which operates every 15 minutes. |
