Opinion: The Hilton Hurghada Resort is an established
hotel that represents a good choice for families and water sports
enthusiasts.
Location:
Just a few minutes south of the main resort area, overlooking its
own private beach with a spectacular view of the bay.
Rooms: 280 air-conditioned rooms including deluxe rooms
which are situated on the top floor of the hotel and offer tea &
coffee making facilities. All rooms have a terrace or balcony, TV,
safe, telephone, internet access, mini bar and hairdryer.
Cuisine: Various restaurants and bars including
Blue Sky, the main buffet-style restaurant, La Casa à la
carte Italian restaurant, Lagoona fish restaurant, a beach restaurant,
the new marina snack bar, a pub and for 24-hour light meals, the
lobby lounge.
Entertainment: Animation team. A disco with occasional
live entertainment and shows.
Sport & Leisure: 3 freshwater swimming pools
(1 can be heated in winter) including 1 indoor pool (can be heated
in winter) and a children’s pool. Private marina with water
sports centre, including glass bottomed boats and canoes (all payable
locally).The health club offers tennis courts, billiards, a gymnasium,
Jacuzzi, massage, sauna, steam room and squash court (all payable
locally; gym and table tennis free of charge). Diving centre (pay
locally).
Special Facilities: Babysitting service (pay locally)
and daily activities for children (4-12 years). Laundry service,
