DAY 1
Board your Victoria cruiser early morning and set sail downstream.
Enjoy a shore excursion to the famous Ghost City of Fengdu, where
the origin of the towns extraordinary reputation can be traced
back to the Han Dynasty. Return to your ship and enjoy a sumptuous
dinner and relaxing evening onboard.
DAY 2
Today pass through the Wu Gorge and enjoy an excursion to the
natural beauty of the Three Lesser Gorges. Return to the ship
and continue through the Gorges to the Three Gorges Dam and slowly
pass through the different sections.
DAY 3
Visit to the Three Gorges Dam site then continue downstream past
Yichang, enjoying the views and the many facilities onboard.
DAY 4
After a relaxing morning onboard reach Wuhan, where a visit to
Hubei Provincial Museum is included.
DAY 5
Today enjoy a full day tour to Huangshan, otherwise known as the
Yellow Mountain. With over 70 peaks the scenery in this region
is outstanding. During inclement weather a visit to Jiuhuanshan
or ‘Mountain of the Nine Lotuses’ may be substituted.
DAY 6
Arrive in Nanjing and take a half day tour of this historical
city including Dr. Sun Yat- Sen's Mausoleum, Nanjing's memorial
for the founding father of the Chinese Republic. Also visit the
Confucius Temple and surrounding bustling bazaars. Return to your
cruiser for a final dinner and overnight.
DAY 7
Arrive in the thriving city of Shanghai early this morning where
your voyage ends.
